Returns

In order for us to process your return, send an email to hello@kosedy.com within 7 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and reason for return.

When returning an item, please consider the following:

  • Please note that the shipping of returns will be incurred at your own cost.
  • Items are to be returned new, unused and with all Kosedy packaging included, as well as being sent inside a protective shipping box.
  • We recommend trying your shoes on a soft or carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

      Exchanges

      Please note that you are not able to exchange an existing order. You must place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange.

      Claims

      If you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact hello@kosedy.com with a photo of the damage or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number within 7 days of receiving your order.
